Food & Dining | The menu feature a wide range of international choices ...

Let us welcome you into the luxurious setting and splendid atmosphere of our lounge. Our split-level rock-built dining and bar area features a wall of windows, which look down on to the constantly changing vistas of the Volcanoes National Park. Clustered around a glowing central fireplace, the space is decorated with prehistoric cave paintings and lit by stylized torches offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Rwanda. At the Da Vinci Lounge even non-resident guests are welcomed to experience a delicious meal accompanied by charmed service provided by our passionate staff. Our menu is sure to cater to your every craving. Our chefs prepare tasty specialty dishes. While at our restaurant just sit back, relax and wait to fill up your stomach with something tasty.

Breakfast and Lunch

At Da Vinci, Breakfast and lunch are presented in buffet-style. The menu feature a wide range of international choices. In typical safari style, we offer a ‘full English Breakfast’ as well as European options while our lunch menus will typically include meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian options.

Dinner

Our table d’hôte dinner menus feature a salad buffet, soup, entrée, pudding, cheese and biscuits and tea or coffee. Vegetarian options are always available. The majority of our meat and dairy products, as well as our fruits and vegetables are sourced from the communities that surround the conservation area.

Bush dining

We are expert in arranging breakfasts, lunches, dinners and cocktails in the bush. We have a number of dedicated sites, which are typically presented with tables, safari chairs, ‘bush bar’ and a ‘bush kitchen’, where a broad range of meats, poultry, fish and vegetables are cooked on-site (supplemented by fresh soups, salads and puddings from our hotel kitchens). In the evenings, ‘sun-downer’ cocktails are traditionally served around a campfire and can be followed by a lamp-lit ‘bush dinner’.
